To be in good health, meal is very important in our life. Do you confident that you have good meal three times a day? I have no confidence. Now, I live by myself so my meals are terrible. Therefore, I’m interested in health and meal.

Eating  Habit

If your meal is not good balance, you will become some diseases such as heart disease and cerebrovascular (脳卒中). Generally speaking, American meals are too fat. On the other hand, Japanese foods are very healthy. But Japanese food also has a bad point. It is that Japanese food is salty. Recently, American food is very popular in Japan. As a result, many Japanese put on too fat, especially men. Too fat and too salty is big reason to become disease. So, recently, overweight is big problem. Too Skinny
Women of all over the world tend to think that they should be slender. So, they do excessive diet, especially the job of model. In February 12, some models are banned to appear a fashion show. Syokuiku
Now, Japanese school education is focused on “syokuiku”. Today, children are depends on their meal to fast food and convenience store. So, family members don’t eat together. As a result, they are not healthy. This is big problem. One big issue of “syokuiku” is “kosyoku”. It has three types. These are “個食” ”孤食” ”固食”.
“個食” means family members eat together but they eat different menu or different room of home. “孤食” means eating only, especially only child. “固食” means to continue eating same things.
